What is the palette visualizer?

A palette visualizer applies a color palette to real layouts (a website, a dashboard, a mobile app, a landing page, merchandise) so you can judge how the colors work together in use, not just as swatches.

Testing a palette before you commit

Swatches lie. A palette that looks balanced in a row can fail when one color covers 70 percent of a screen and another is only a button. The visualizer assigns palette colors to roles (background, surface, text, primary, accent) across a dozen mockups and lets you swap assignments with a click. Light and dark versions render side by side, and each mockup can be exported as a PNG for a client deck.

Palette Visualizer FAQ

How can I preview a color palette on a website?

Paste or generate a palette here and pick the website mockup. Colors are assigned to background, text, links and buttons automatically and can be reassigned by dragging.

Can I test a palette on a product or merchandise?

Yes. The mockups include a branded t-shirt and marketing pages alongside the app and dashboard views, so a palette can be judged on print-like surfaces as well as screens.
